H-1B Visas
We have an excellent track record in helping employers and employees obtain the H-1B visa. This category of temporary work visa requires a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, and a job offer that must require the degree as a minimum requirement. The employer must also pay a salary which is the prevailing wage.
We assist professionals such as engineers, accountants, architects, and teachers (and their U.S. employers) in fulfilling the requirements for a temporary professional H-1 visa.
The visa petition is filed by the U.S. employer; the employee (or beneficiary) may either be in the United States or abroad.
We represent companies and individuals in this process and process Change of Status, Extension of Status and Applications for H-1B visas abroad.
TN NAFTA Visas
The North American Free Trade Agreement provides for work visas for certain Canadian and Mexican professionals with U.S. job offers.
The TN visa is now issued for three years and can be renewed. Spouses and minor children are eligible for TD (Treaty Dependent) visas, but depends are not allowed to work.
L-1 Visas
We have an excellent record with smaller international companies and help them comply with the rigorous documentation required by USCIS.

R-1 Visas
The R-1 religious worker category applies to persons affiliated with Internal Revenue Service-recognized, tax-exempt religious organizations. This visa allows qualified religious workers to enter the U. S. for an initial period of admission of 30 months, and it may be extended for up to five years.
The R1 is available to an applicant coming to the United States to work for a bona fide religions organization as a minister or in a religious vocation or occupation. The applicant must show that his/her intended stay in the United States is temporary. That means that s/he has a foreign residence that s/he has no intention of abandoning. The R1 must also demonstrate that s/he has been a member of the petitioning organization or an affiliate for the two years immediately preceding the filing of the petition.
